The Central Pacific Hurricane Center (CPHC) is located in Honolulu, Hawaii on the campus of University of Hawaii at Manoa, specifically in the Hawaii Institute of Geophysics building. The CPHC holds the responsibility of observing and issuing the necessary statements regarding tropical cyclones in the region between 140 Degrees West Longitude to the International Dateline.

THE CENTRAL PACIFIC HURRICANE SEASON OFFICIALLY ENDED NOVEMBER 30.
WE WILL RESUME ISSUING ROUTINE TROPICAL OUTLOOKS ON JUNE 1 2010.
SPECIAL TROPICAL WEATHER OUTLOOKS WILL BE ISSUED IF ANY TROPICAL
SYSTEMS DEVELOP BEFORE JUNE 1.
